Among other things, this review goes out as a motive of buying to those of you, who are indecisive and haven’t finished their festival program so far: IRATE ARCHITECT will rock the Party San Open Air (Bad Berka/Germany). Visitors attacks completely unabashed the front Death Metal third, and this is one good reason not to miss this band amongst other considerable acts like Impaled Nazarene, Dismember and so on. At least I am way excited how the Visitors cudgel strikes right between the named bands. Banned on CD the stuff hits marches straight forward in a terrific way. So, by this it makes no odds that one or two more highlights are missing on this first full-length album – the continuous high level played by the guys from Hamburg/Germany knows to compensate easily. I just guess from which planet and language the Visitors came, but boredom isn’t to find in their vocabulary definitely. To come up to integrity 15 gifts in Cannibal Corpse, Dying Fetus or (less technical) Beneath The Massacre style are distributed without suffer the loss of character at any time. IRATE ARCHITECT uses a quite simple instrument for it: imagination. They don’t beat straight on wild, they verify with speed consciously to create a balanced mixture existing of slow smashing till mid-tempo parts and brutal high-speed attacks. And it depends on the slow parts that an enormous lacing of atmosphere is conjured out of the speakers again and again. There are definitely experts at work, vocalist Christoph not excepting. This guy feels at home in gravely shouts and in the depths of growling as well. But he isn’t afraid to differ from this way of intonation with the one or other sung line or adjuratory vocals – for me Dead End Eyes raises to THE track of this album. The two instrumental songs Aware and Feeling The Void fits perfectly into the concept and finish a powerful and clearly produced creation. IRATE ARCHITECT is different – different than the pabulum and this makes them to a damn hot number. Those of you who also rock the Party San, don’t miss this missile, you will be punched right on the kisser!
