A unique brand of extreme metal from Germany’s own DEADBORN. This group displays aggression through it’s vast guitar patterns that equally match to those of the rhythmic counterparts. Musically DEADBORN are quire established beyond of what most new traditional death groups of this style glorifies. Considering this is the bands first EP that group shows tremendous creative potential musically and lyrically. Creating some of the best severe death metal that I have listened so far this new year Decades Of Decapitation is a serious, full on four song assault unleashing powerful double bass drumming, triggering bass guitar and guitar axing battle bio-rhythms. Tormentor of brutality vocalist Mario Petrovic shrills hellish growls alluring the innocent to be victimized. Take it from me Mario, Slavek, Jan and Jo have it really going on being serious metal musicians.

Bleeding into hyper gear listening zone song Condemned To Perdition gives an intense listening workout. Most pit worthy is the third self titled track Decades Of Decapitation straight cut away to intense brutality of enormous listening pleasure leading into the final song Thorns Of Inner Fear. In my terms it is the best highlight of DEADBORN showing seriousness to their craft that the band gives the listener the potential that marks true dedication. On the downside to this EP is not enough songs to cover but being allowed into their musical environment was good enough for me. Keep your eyes on the DEADBORN gents, now it is only matter of time when we hear more.
